It’s MLB Opening Day! That means it’s time to sit down, watch a million games, and get really into fantasy baseball stats that admittedly confuse the heck out of me. So, what better way to celebrate all things baseball than watching a bunch of wrestling legends play softball? Literally nothing, I’m pretty sure.
In 1994, WWF stars played a charity softball game against representatives of the local Chicago media, and it’s exactly as goofy and glorious as you can imagine. Macho Man hit a home run, Razor Ramon wore those shorts, and Bart Gunn’s mullet-mustache combo is simultaneously everything that is wonderful about baseball and pro wrestling at the same time.
